At JW Art Gallery, a solo exhibition by Shin Ye-jin, which crosses installation art, sculpture, and ceramic art is in full blast.
This exhibition held under the title <Nondeterministic nonperiodic flow> clearly reveals that the scale of mother nature that Shin Ye-jin felt as a child was like a huge universe. At the same time, it visualizes the mechanism of reconstruction.
The gallery director Lee Ji-soo who planned this exhibition explains that this exhibition implies the possibility of changes due to the variables of energy from nature and forms as art.
Under the artist's purpose, hundreds of small and large ceramic parts placed in disorder beneath the big ceramic tower, which is towering to look at, intersect one after another orderly. In the case of mosses and butterflies, stones and grass, trees and flowers, and forests and fields come together to symbolize the coexistence of nature. About 20 installation works are made of materials such as wood, ceramic, crystal resin, UV film, and tile, and give a completely different feeling and lingering effect depending on the angle and height.
